Kidiwi is a French brand created in 2009, born from the story of a mother and her daughter, who wish to perpetuate the tradition of handmade, beautiful and durable to dress what we have most precious: children. Learn more .

Our creations are designed and designed in our offices in France, while the pieces are made in our family workshop in Madagascar, where the embroidery and smocking are entirely done by hand.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you wish to return or exchange an item please let us know within 15 days of delivery to the email address: hello@kidiwi-handmade.com.  

Returns in France are offered via Mondial Relay or via a Chronopost relay point.

To be refunded all items must be returned new, unwashed, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached , within 15 working days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not accept returns of hair accessories, hats, socks, tights, swimwear for hygiene reasons. Learn more

Your items are wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in a suitable box.

For any gift wrapping request, please notify your wish at checkout in the 'Add a note' option. We remind you that specific requests must be made before validation of your order, in order to guarantee they are taken into account.

Payment for pre-orders is required in full at the time of purchase. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please consider the delivery time associated with pre-orders. In France, a partial shipment can be organized. For international shipments, additional delivery charges will be incurred. It is possible that some products come back into stock. To be informed of their availability, you can subscribe to the notification directly on the product sheet on our website.
