5 family activities in Paris for Easter (with a surprise at the end!)
This year, the Kidiwi team has prepared a roadmap of 5 activities for your Easter weekend. Let's go !
- We're starting with the unmissable egg hunt, and this year you are joining us to the Jardin d'Acclimatation!
Based in the 16th arrondissement, you can enjoy the historical attractions of the place as well as beautiful green spaces for strolling. 100% kids friendly, this space is suitable for all ages (even the youngest!).
About the egg hunt which will take place on Sunday April the 9th, it is free and without obligation of reservation, you will only need an entrance ticket for the park to be able to participate! A moment for the whole family.
We give you the address here: Carrefour des Sablons, Bois de Boulogne, 75016 Paris
And don't forget your baskets!
- After a morning stroll outdoors, what could be better than a Parisian Brunch!
We wanted to introduce you to the Ritz, which will welcome you for a tasting of festive dishes. In the heart of Paris, Place Vendôme, the Ritz Paris is much more than a prestigious address, it is a refinement of the French way of life.
And for children, still full of energy, there is an access to the Grand Jardin where they can still enjoy their egg hunt.
We give you the address here: 15 Place Vendôme – 75001 Paris
- We continue the walk towards the Tuileries Garden and the Orangerie Museum.
You can stroll in the garden or sit under the shade of a tree. It is a calm and relaxing place in the center of the French capital, full of life. Families like to meet there in the afternoons and enjoy the mild spring weather.
And for those who would like to sharpen their general and artistic culture, we recommend the crucial address of the Orangerie museum. Inside, you will find the wonderful murals of Claude Monet's Water Lilies. One of the favorite place of the team!
We put the address here: 113 rue de Rivoli – 75001 Paris
- Of course, who says Easter says chocolate!
And we cannot make you discover Paris without giving you THE gourmet address. A choice had to be made, and it is Lanto who takes you to Pierre Marcolini.
This year, the Belgian chocolate maker has chosen “Spring over the water” as its theme, dedicated to poetry and the arrival of the sweet season. Adorable!
Its boxes contains egg-shaped chocolates, made with 100% natural ingredients (pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, etc.). Delicacies between tradition and modernity. And for all tastes (white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate).
We give you the addresses: 89 rue de Seine – 75006 Paris / 235 Rue St Honoré – 75001 Paris
- We have also prepared DIY activities for you to do at home, in case of bad weather!
To occupy the whole family and let everyone's creativity come out.
You will need toilet paper rolls (finished!), paints, a black marker and scraps of fabric (no waste!).
